Step One Activity

Thanks to all those who came to the Step One Activity, planned by one of our Officers Katrina De Karver. In this activity we explored what FCCLA is and how to get involved. If you missed the activity go check out the FCCLA website to learn more.
Several of our officers helped make strawberry parfaits for a treat.

Some announcements: 

• We have a survey that we would love for you to fill out if you are a member of FCCLA, go to Ms. Omer's room to pick it up. 
• It is now possible to letter in FCCLA, Ms. Omer will be printing out the requirements next week, go to her room to pick it up. 
• Anyone who attended the Step One Activity is eligible for an award at our closing banquet! All you have to do is attend three other "official" meetings. This would be the meetings on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month. Recycling does not count towards those three meetings. But we would love to have your help there as well. 

There was an amazing turn out today, thanks again for those of you who came to support. Spread the word, anyone who joins before October 1st can buy a T-Shirt (cost of membership $25), After October 1st you can still join, but no T-Shirt will be available (cost $18)
